JLI99 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to keep your login details secure.
JLI99 is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals and in other circumstances as required. You may be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and in some cases, proof of payment method ownership. Verification must be completed before withdrawals are processed. JLI99 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals pending successful verification.
All financial transactions on JLI99 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The following payment methods are accepted:
The minimum deposit amount on JLI99 is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and Maya typically credit to your JLI99 balance within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing time. JLI99 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with your e-wallet or bank for their applicable fees.
Withdrawal requests on JLI99 are processed during standard operating hours. Before your first withdrawal, identity verification must be completed as described in Section 3.4. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed same-day for most e-wallet methods. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. JLI99 reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits and to request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts.
For anti-fraud and anti-money laundering compliance, JLI99 requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. JLI99 will not process withdrawals to a payment method or account name that does not match the registered JLI99 account holder's name.
Currency: JLI99 operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). All bets, wins, bonuses, and balance figures displayed on the platform are in PHP. No foreign currency accounts or transactions are supported.

Bonus funds credited to your JLI99 account will expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance. JLI99 does not reinstate expired bonuses.
Unless explicitly stated in the promotional terms, bonuses on JLI99 cannot be combined. Only one promotion may be active on your account at a time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the removal of all associated bonus funds.
JLI99 provides betting markets across a wide range of sports and events. The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the platform:
A bet is considered placed and binding once you have received a confirmation from the JLI99 system. Bets placed during system errors, market suspensions, or incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault may be voided at JLI99's discretion. You are responsible for ensuring that your bet selection is correct before confirming — JLI99 cannot reverse confirmed bets except in cases of clear system error.
All sports betting markets on JLI99 are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or event. For PBA games, the official PBA result is used. For NBA games, the official NBA box score is the reference. For international events, the result declared by the relevant federation governs settlement.
If an event is postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all pre-game bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your JLI99 balance. In-play bets placed after a game has started are settled based on the result at the time the game was suspended or abandoned, according to the rules of the specific market. If a game is abandoned before sufficient play has occurred to determine a result, bets may be voided at JLI99's discretion.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all JLI99 markets. These limits vary by sport, event type, market type, and account status. JLI99 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and to impose individual account limits on accounts suspected of professional or arbitrage betting activity.
